9. Return & Exchange Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they:

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Free items received with a promotion must also be returned.

• Returns are subject to inspection.

10. Order Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your order during the confirmation call. Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method. COD (Cash on Delivery) charges and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural, political, or logistic issues.

All items purchased are made under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

13. Unauthorized Transactions

If you detect any unauthorized charge on your payment method linked to Barton Bangladesh, report it to us at bartonbangladesh24@gmail.com within 60 days for investigation.

14. Fraud & Order Abuse

Barton Bangladesh reserves the right to cancel any order deemed fraudulent or suspicious. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using invalid contact details.

• Repeated returns with false claims.

• Refusing to pay for delivered orders.

• Abusive behavior toward our team.

We may require identity verification before processing certain orders.
