Refund Policy – Barton Bangladesh

At Barton Bangladesh, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent and fair refund process under the following terms:

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if your item meets one or more of the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The product is not as described or is the wrong item.

  • The size or color does not match the order (for apparel).

  • The product is out of stock after payment.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Charges

Please note:

  • Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) service fees are non-refundable.

  • Free promotional items included with your order must also be returned.

Refund Methods

  • Online Payments (Card, Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer):
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    No refund will be issued unless payment was collected and item qualifies for return.

  • Duplicate Payments:
    Any accidental double charges will be refunded upon verification.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If you do not receive your refund within this period, please email bartonbangladesh24@gmail.com for support.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • The returned item is used, damaged, or missing tags.

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The issue arises due to customer misuse, neglect, or wrong ordering.
